Does this accept the gourmet funnels and filters? We are going to use the 3L airpots.

Clearly, the other responders are not familiar with what gourmet baskets are and therefore did not answer your question correctly. Yes, Bunn's website does show a gourmet basket available that is compatible with this brewer, which would allow you to use the deeper 13 x 5 filters, rather than the B12 filters the standard baskets require.

Instructions are not clear -- how long does it take after plugging in before water inside is hot enough for brewing?

I'd say it took about 20 min. the very first time I plugged it and added water. After that, I pour water in and very hot water automatically comes out every morning.

How many minutes between completing 1 brewing cycle and beginning the next brewing cycle ?

The description says it will brew 14.4 L per hour. If you’re using their 64 oz pitcher, that’s 1.9 L per cycle. 14.4 L per hour / 1.9 L per cycle = 7.6 cycles per hour. 60 min / 7.6 cycles = 8 min per cycle. You can brew faster, but the water in the tank will not be up to full brewing temperature unless you wait 8 minutes between cycles (that’s 8 min pour-to-pour, not 8 min after it finishes dripping).

Can I use those coffee filter packs rather than coffee and filters?

Interesting concept- I had to look those up.
