Our Favorite Tea Cookie
We discovered these on a trip to Ireland. They have the best ginger flavor-- strong and lovely. Imagine our delight when we found out we could order them back home in the US!

Very Enjoyable
These are what we used to call Ginger Snaps in our youth. The taste is great but this batch has a lot of broken ones, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Somewhere between ginger snap and gingerbread
I like a really spicy ginger snap. But I've never been a big fan of gingerbread. These cookies (or biscuits, if you prefer) are kinda in between the two. They're spicier than gingerbread, but not as spicy or crunchy as a typical snap. I think they're pretty good dipped in coffee or tea.
