Let down by quality of comb!
Great product. However, I just wish that the comb provided was as good a quality as the clippers themselves - cheap plastic and some of the prongs stuck together with excess plastic from the moulding, so useless. This just tainted the whole experience of buying a Wahl product.

Product Faulty - No Return Offered
I received this product around a month ago. It started off fine a good clipper but after one use it started malfunctioning. It turned on by itself and started vibrating out of nowhere at random times. Then now it doesn’t even charge. I charged it fully overnight then went to use it in the morning and died after 5 seconds. And yet when I try to contact Amazon to get a replacement because the product they sent me is clearly faulty they say refund is not offered. It is not a refund I am after it is a replacement since I have wasted roughly £100 on an item I cannot use.

Not premium, not quality
Disappointed with the Premium Wahl ClipperI recently purchased the premium hair clipper from Wahl through Amazon here in Ireland, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed with my experience.The product looked amazing in the photos and was marketed as a premium model, featuring combs with a high-quality aluminum finish or a similar material, which really caught my eye. However, when the clipper arrived, I was shocked to find that the combs were standard and felt very cheap—just like the ones you would find with Wahl clippers that are three times cheaper.I expected a premium experience, especially given the price point, but it feels misleading. The performance of the clipper itself is decent, but the lack of quality in the combs really detracts from the overall experience. I had high hopes for this purchase, but it fell short of my expectations.If you're looking for a true premium experience, I would recommend exploring other options or brands. Unfortunately, this product did not deliver on its promises.

Not up to my expectations
Unfortunately I had to send these back as the blades became extremely hot after just a few minutes of cutting. This is my first time experiencing this in all my years of barbering and using Wahl clippers. However there were no problems with returning them and I received a full refund and I have no complaints about the excellent customer service I received.
For safe use, always ensure the trimmer is unplugged when not in use. Keep away from water sources. Do not use on infants. Be cautious when trimming near the eyes to avoid injury. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use. Follow recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures.
