I may be over 60, but these vitamins have helped with my deficiencies and I really like the fact it's the correct vitamin B that it body needs for absorption. I also like they are natural.

I am new to the vitamin game and want to start with somewhere reputable. I love the packaging, love the brand transparency my only draw back is pricing. I just don’t feel like I can be consistent with the product for that $. I am still new to the game so if you can afford the price tag i say it’s definitely worth a try!

I'm honestly very impressed with this vitamins. I normally get sick alot during the changes in the weather, I also normally feel very tired during my period but every since I started taking this multivitamins, I have not gotten sick nor have I felted as tired during my period like I sude too. I'm very happy I Gave them a tired I'm on my second bottle now. I will definitely be repurchasing, highly recommend.

I’ve been using these for awhile because they are easy to swallow. BUT, I went to the doctor and had my iron checked and it was really low. I did not realize it only had 44% of my daily value in 2 pills. Calling this a multivitamin is generous. What kind of women’s multivitamin has K2, but not calcium? My fault for seeing multivitamin and not reading the label. Also, so expensive for only getting a couple different vitamins. Update: doing some research and it turns out most multivitamins only have 8% for calcium. That said, I think there are better vitamins for just K, Ca, and D. And, there a more comprehensive multivitamins. I guess it depends what your looking for.

Just got these, so I'll update my review after the 30 days. That minty taste is interesting. I think a flavorless capsule would have been fine, but it's not a big deal. None of the capsules I received have any sort of mold or questionable appearances to them. Here's a photo of the size comparison to a dime for anyone wanting more perspective on the size.I've noticed if you take with a meal, the fishy burps are more mitigated than taking them without food.
