Tried this with no results
Didn't see any improvement in sleep quality, no difference and ashwagandha usually improves your mood making you feel fresh however didn't see that as well. Personally ut wasn't effective and didn't feel it's value for money. The texture of the tablet is rough and the taste is bland if you keep on your tongue.

1.It helps to increase immunity2. This is recommended for my family but not sure if it suits for everyoneNote to seller: you may have one more option to choose formation (sometimes it is more liquidy ) sometimes semi solid. My kids like more thicker should not be liquid paste ..Thanks 🫶🏼
