Q: What is the largeat cord diameter it will hold?

I'm not sure, possibly 1 10ga. wire? It holds a single Cat 6 cable or 2 standard power cables for like a modem and router.

Q: Is this real 3M adhesive? People have said this is a cheap Chinese knock-off of the real brand.

I ordered these for use in live sound work. The ones I reveived were branded 3M on the tape and have worked very well. We use 3M products for all of our tape needs and these clips use tape equivalent to 3M's double sided tape.

Q: Will these work for exterior use ?

I used them for some cable management behind the desk. I've noticed that over time, they do lose adhesion. They're still sticky, but would separate from the surface that they are applied to. I usually just firmly press them back in place. I would not recommend them for outside use, though.

Q: what measurement is correct? Both show the same side but different measurement. What is width and what is length?

The width is the larger measurement
