The media could not be loaded. we love it. so does our 2 year-old and 1 year oldyou need two people to assemble the main sofa because of the curve. my husband and a friend of ours helped with that. i assembled the center table and canopy. those 2 are fairly easy. took me less than 30 minutes. the other small sofa dont need assembly, you just need to attach the feet which is just a matter of screwing.it comes in 3 big boxes labeled with 1/3, 2/3, 3/3..read instructions on the box before opening...we like the tool kit box and how the screws, washers, spacers, etc are packaged neatly..we like the extra tool that comes with it too (see pic below of the kit box, the tool is on top).. we had to buy washers because for some reason we lost 8, probably our fault ...attaching the canopy to the main sofa needs 2 people, atleast for the 1 side. when the one side is attached, 1 person can finish the ofher side.tip 1: before you attach the canopy, make sure you put the fabric in correctly, the Q & R rods should be inside the canopy not outside.tip 2: when attaching the canopy, make sure the ends of the rods are inside the sofa, not outside, otherwise the extender would hit the rattan when you fold canopy.tip 3: buy the Keter cool bar rattan style outdoor table/cooler. it fits the center and it matches this daybedtip 4: buy the cover suggested by amazon, helped us with bird poop!tip 5: watch our installation tip video

After very difficult assembly, we had the canopy to put together..Last step in the 4 hour process. Part "I" , one of the bars for the canopy was missing. I contacted the seller as stated in the instructions. After a few days of back and forth emails, I received this message today .Hi Ann,Sorry for the great inconvenience caused to you.After checking the inventory, the replacement Part I is currently out of stock. We expect to be back in stock in 2-3 months.Under this circumstance, I have applied to my supervisor for a $10 discount as our apology and compensation. The replacement will be sent to you as soon as we have inventory. Could you accept it?We are always concerned about this problem and looking forward to your reply.Best regards,Ashley-Customer Service TeamThis is not acceptable and I bought this specifically for the canopy.In the instructions, which now makes sense, They tell you not to throw out the boxed for 90 days. We now have to take this all apart and put it into the boxes. This took us 4 hours with horrible instructions. Seats did not line up and as you can see in the pictures, the screws are lifted and sticking out. What did we expect for "Made in China"Don't waste your money and mostly, your time.

Please be aware: The tools that come with this expensive product are cheap, which makes installation time lengthy (Think: "IKEA quality"...tiny Allen wrench, plus a small, flat, metal-pressed wrench). Be prepared to have your fingers chewed up, unless you have better tools. Best tip: Highly recommend hand-tightening all the screws first, which will allow you to move things around...as it's a challenge to line up the screws with the openings. Also, canopy installation instructions are confusing. Consult YouTube videos for this part.

I purchased this in May 2019, and its only had about 2 months of use so far. Overall, I would say its very comfortable to lay on, and I don't have the shifting cushion issues some reviewers have mentioned, the stock Velcro seems to be sufficient. I would plan on purchasing additional pillows, as the 4 provided are bit small. We also purchased a day bed cover from Amazon as well, and that has eliminated the hassle of moving cushions in and out from the elements in New England. We have not seen any rusting from the hardware or stains on the patio (but again, we mostly keep it covered)In terms of assembly, that was kind of a nightmare. My husband is a "fixer" by trade and can do pretty much everything. It took him a good hour, and he needed my help at one point to hold the canopy in a certain position when he screwed it in. We did have an issue with the canopy having two tears in the stitching, but customer service has been great, and agreed to ship us a replacement.Overall, a good purchase, I woudl definetly recommend. Time will tell how this survives more seasons, but I will update if anything changes.

Was hesitant to order this patio daybed chair based on the reviews. I put it together by myself with my daughter and it was fairly easy to do had it done in a couple hours. Very comfortable! Ordered 4 larger pillows to add to it for more comfort. I also ordered a cover for it for weather since it is on an open patio and works great easy to take off and put on and so far has kept it dry from rain.Was worried about size but can comfortably fit myself and my adult daughter and my boxer dog.Cons would be cushions don’t stay velcroed on when moving around on chair the cushions slide around some but could be an easy fix by adding more Velcro. The pieces are all separate and don’t clip together so if you have it set up all together they slide around some when getting on and off. Can not sit completely up with the canopy up unless you are short. My family is not short so have to lean back to have canopy up.Overall I would purchase again!!

We were looking for multi function patio furniture and this set was exactly what we needed. We decided to get s sets for our pergola outback, they are perfect for movie night in the backyard, kids birthday parties & family gatherings - we separate the unit into 2 pieces which allows us to accommodate 10 guest easily. The cushions are water repellant which is great for our little ones "they spill everything" This furniture is lightweight which allows us to configure & move it with effortlessly, it comes with all the tools needed to assemble it and the instructions are straight forward "if you read them correctly". Assembly took 40 minutes or less and was actually fun - I highly recommend this product for it's looks, sturdiness & price.
