I thought the bags wouldn't work as well as having grounds just floating in the water, but the cleanup was making me avoid making coffee so I decided to try the bags. I have been pleasantly surprised - the cold brew tastes the same, in the same amount of time, and clean up is 100x easier. The bags are easy to fill and use and they don't retain a lot of water once you remove them from the brewing jug. I just pull them up and let them drip a few seconds and that's pretty much all they are holding. The coffee is free of grounds and very drinkable.

色々な水出し用パックを使ってきたが、全てにおいて完璧過ぎるパック。ト◯ワ工業からも同用途の水出しコーヒーパックが売られているが、本品の方が遥かに優秀。・ 微粉（粗挽きで）はほぼ出ない・ 内容量が非常に多く詰めれば1度に大量（1L分=粉70g）に作れる・ 紐付きなのでパックを沈める事が無く取り出しが容易・ コスパ最高(約6円/枚)微粉に関しては全く出ないわけでは無いが、ほぼ気にならないレベル。どうしても気になるなら、コーヒーフィルターで1度濾せば解決する。紙製のコーヒーフィルターと異なり、不織布繊維製なのでパック自体の臭いは全く無いが…どうしても気になるなら、熱湯等で濯ぐと良いかもしれない。私は生豆から自宅焙煎する派だが、基本アイスコーヒーしか飲まないため焙煎度が高い。Sandboxを使い焙煎しているが、生豆の状態によっては過剰焙煎で苦味満載の豆が出来るのでその場合に限り、水出しコーヒーを作る派。水出しだと苦味が抑えられるので、まろやかでクリアな仕上がりとなる。本品はそんな水出しコーヒーとの相性は完璧に思う。

I make a lot of cold brew and I got so tired of straining the coffee grinds out. These bags are perfect. I made half gallons at a time using 1 cup of ground beans and these bags exactly hold the one cup. Tie the string in a knot and let it steep. Absolutely love them. Makes cold brew so much simpler. Very good quality bag material as well. Great deal!

Ive already made a few batches of cold brew with these! Make sure you tie the strings around the top of the bag so the grinds dont fall out
