Comes with one puncturing needle. Easy to use. 24 threads with one hole poke!!! Love that!! Highly recommend.

No difference
These are pretty hard to insert.. and a week later I still don’t see a huge difference though I’m still swollen and we can feel the threads through the skin.. it didn’t lift that much. I wouldn’t recommend

Not easy but if you use the puncture needle It will help you insert the thread but overall results very good excellent product.
