Works as described. A great item to have.
I am so glad I found out about this product. It helps to have this in my hurricane kit. It fits easily onto the lithium battery. Just make sure you press the "on, off, reset" button until it turns green. This means it's on and ready to charge. It has 2 USB ports and 1 electrical inlet. Perfect for when the power is out.I can run a small fan and/or charge a phone.

Would have been great had it gotten here on time
Received the product late way after the date promised so I had someone go buy something better from the orange store. Eventually got the product opened it to see if it worked and it does with a bunch of holding this and taping this. The battery topper thing is not happening. Whomever thought this was a good idea shoul try to put a sock on a cat. This is bad. As for the plugs they do well once everything is taped together but this is junk. Save your money
