Very Straight Forward Product
This product is super simple in all the ways about it. Simple color scheme (a neutral grey/white), three control knobs (wash timer, wash selector, and spin timer), two water hookups (which I never used), and one drainage hose.Wash timer is very simple and labeled in minutes. Turn to the time you want, and you're done. If you want to cancel early, simply turn the knob back to 0. Wash selector is simple, three options; Gentle, Normal, and Drain. Gentle cycle turns the pulsator short times and longer pauses between turns. Drain, well that's what drains the Washer side. Note, the spinner side is always in "drain mode" no matter what setting the wash control is in. Speaking of spinner, super simple. Turn to how long you want to spin, most things are two minutes or less.As mentioned, the washer is 12 lbs capacity. I can wash an entire weeks of work clothes in one load; two khaki pants, 5 white t-shirts, and 5 polo shirts. If you do the math, this requires me to split the load into two in order to spin. Which brings me to the spinner, super simple to use. Place the wet clothes in, take the spin cap and press the clothes down firmly, close both lids (there's two) and spin. How I use the machine:I use cold water detergent as it works so much better when using cold water, also saves on heating costs (electric/gas). I place a 5 gallon bucket under the bath faucet and turn on the cold water starting to fill up the bucket. I then place the machine into the tub. First full bucket i pour directly into the washer and then add my soap (very little amount). Start bucket number two. I turn on the washer for two spins (5 seconds or so) to mix and then put in the clothes. Bucket two is normally done (only need about 3 more gallons) and fill until needed. Normally just use setting at three minutes, sweaty/dirty I go to 6. Depending on how many loads I have, I may reuse the water again with just adding a tad bit more soap. Or, I'll drain it and fill it up with fresh water and then reuse the rinse water for the second load. When done rinsing I will then run through the spinner for 2 minutes and to remove the soap i spin for only 30 seconds.I then hang up to dry which is normally done within an hour. Jeans obviously can take a bit longer. Do not recommend large blankets. Sheets are easily done.Quality:It's on the cheaper side, but has held up for almost a month with weekly washes up to 4 loads each week. So signs of it breaking anytime soon. I would defiantly buy this as a gift if you have a family member moving to a small apartment or even a dorm that has a bathroom in the room!Special note: This is gravity drained, so the machine must be higher than where you are draining. So the hose must go down. This is why i put it directly in the bathtub.

WORKS GREAT
I put it in my bath tub with a mat under it so it won't move. It works great. I love that I can rinse as many times as I want. My clothes are cleaner, softer then when washed in a large washer. I control the actual temperature & delicate setting. It is lightweight very quiet. The spin dry works really good the clothes come out almost dry to the touch. I can put more in than I thought I would be able to.

Very impressed!
The media could not be loaded. This is a godsend my washer went down the motherboard was fried after that cold spell we have a 21 Below Zero a few weeks back and my homeowner insurance wouldn't cover it so this is a godsend thank you very much.I use to wash cycle and then I use a wash cycle as a rinse cycle next I drain it like normal and then I use it as a rinse cycle drain that and then I move my clothes to the spin cycle.

Won't replace the laundry mat still worth it (depending on your situation)
We've had this item for around a year now. We are a family of 4.Okay here's the thing the item it's self works great. The clothes come up nice and clean(you should see how dirty the water comes out or maybe just us work in warehouse. Lots of dirt). The dryer side is more of a very though rise and spin. Still a little wet.It honestly depends on your situation and how you plan to use it. I think most people over fill the washer. It does give you the weight limit but no one really knows how much a average shirts weighs. I work shipping clothes and weighing them. Two 100% cotton shirts is around half a lbs depends on size(and thats with out water). So as you can see not much you can put in the washer even less in the dryer. Stuff like bedding yeah gona have to go to the laundry mat. It honestly does works great for my mom because we can now do a small load of shoes and other dirty items that you wouldn't want to mix with your clothes like small carpets or mopping rags. Also great for emergence washed like when my brother needs uniforms.Other issue water waste. It takes a good amount of water to fill to first wash and then rinse the soap. Our landlord pays the water so it's no a issue regarding price but water conservation. That being said not sure how much water laundry mats waste so that's up to you. Also it takes a far amount of hot water again not sure how hot the water at the laundry mat gets.Other small issues once your done it does spill a little regardless of weather you drained the water. Depends where you will use it but will most likely need an extension cord. The little tube to fill the washer yeah no just use a bucket much easier. Again dryer is more of a very though spin and rinse we leave it in hangers to dry in the sun or sometimes go to the laundry mat to just dry.Tips and tricksFill with water first before filling with clothes. Put 2 or 3 items before adding more make sure you get them wet so you dont go over the limit. Even if you do that way you can just drain a bit of water instead of having to take out wet clothes because you went over the limit. Once your done with the wash don't drain right away keep the water just transfer the clothes to the dryer. The dryer is not going to fill all the washer clothes regardless. Helps the machine move less when drying compared to when it's just drying without water on the other side. Let the machine rest if you have 3 loads switch between washing and drying. Also read the manual I know it looks simple but this is also why for some people it's breaks so easily. 😑
