Full of flavor
We had to order this in because we had a hard time finding this at a local grocery store. It is very fine and made a delicious gumbo with andouille sausage and chicken. For the price point, I do wish it was organic, but otherwise, we were happy with the product.

Fresh, easy to store with good zip closure
Could not find File gumbo spice any where within 50 miles from me. It also has a very tight zip s e al to keep fresh. You can't have good gumbo without this ingredient. This is top notch company and fresh spi.ce

Good Product
I needed this ingredient to make gumbo, and I was able to obtain it through Amazon. It was delivered on the date that was expected, and I was able to use it. I as far as I can tell, it was a perfect addition to my dish.

Good gumbo file and received as anticipated
I made gumbo this week and it was great! Gumbo file is hard to fine so glad I found a good source!
