Wow, I always had trouble sleeping and a friend told me to try this magnesium and since taking it I have had the best nights sleep. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for and worth every penny.

They’re easy to swallow, and the fact that they’re derived from sea lettuce gives me confidence in their natural sourcing. The absence of fillers or artificial additives is a bonus, and I noticed improvements in my energy levels and reduced muscle tension after a few weeks of consistent use.

Overpriced

I take two each night approx 1 - 1.5 hours before bed time. I find getting of to sleep easier. I still wake up se real times a night but get back to sleep a lot easier than without them
