Sturdy and works well
The container is sturdy and well-made. It maintains a steady temperature for a long day of travel. The extra bottle allows you to fill it with cold water to keep your medication cool in case you are not able to refreeze your ice pack after an extended period. I am very pleased with this item and would recommend.

Great for travel!
Stayed cool for 2 days, perfect for international travel. I’m not sure how accurate the thermometer is, but the container works to keep my pens cold. One side note, If in a bag, TSA once thought it was a water bottle and stopped to check, but no issues!

Does what it advertises
I purchased this to travel overseas with my insulin; the trip was long-haul with a layover, and quite a drive from/to the airport, so maybe 30 hours total. At the advice of others I wrapped my vial in bubblewrap so it wouldn't freeze and my meds were still cold at the end of my trip! TSA did open the container but other than that I did not have any trouble traveling with it.
