Great product with great results! I’ve been taking these for one month and I’d say week 3 I could definitely tell a difference in my hair & nail growth. After showering I can usually pull a handful of loose hair out but since taking these vitamins I’m not pulling any. I can take these gummies on an empty stomach without any side effects. I’m ordering my next bottle now and will continue.

I absolutely love these vitamins! My hair has started growing and I feel amazing. I’ve been in menopause for years and with HRT my hair has thinned so much!
