This screen dropped into place perfectly. Super easy to fix the carnage left by my 2 year old's attack.

The product is great, and works well. Included everything needed except for instructions. Fortunately there are YouTube videos that were easy to find and follow, but some instructions with the product would have been appreciated. Particularly, disconnecting the existing display was a bit challenging. I had to watch multiple videos to find one with the correct instructions for the 40 pin connector. Also, there were no instructions for applying the double sided tape, so I placed it roughly where it came off and that was fine.Overall, happy with the product.

It certainly works, but the monitor has a green hue that needs to be color calibrated. The unfortunate issue is that color calibration does not work when playing games so everything has a green hue. Working to fix this issue with software, but just be aware that while you'll get a working screen, you might want to get a separate monitor for gaming.

Laptop died during bootup. Autopsy was not able to verify without a doubt this screen was the cause but there were no evidence of a grounding issue since all grounding actions were being observed. The battery was not in the unit while installation was being performed so no incidental ark would have happened. Contacted support no ownership or additional testing was offered to test the unit further. Beware

I was happy that the product arrived days before I was expecting it. I followed a YouTube video and found it very easy to remove the broken screen and replace it with this new screen. The tools were great (I’ll be keeping them!) and made the work very easy.

I've never replaced a laptop screen before and was itimidated, but it was so easy. I have to give this company props for sending everything needed. I received a screen that was very well packaged and came with a nice little set of tools and adhesive strips (double sided tape). I was watching a youtube video and cruising right along with install until I went to connect the screen and had ordered the wrong pin number in the connector. Apparently some Acer N20C1's have 40 pin connectors and others have 30 pin connectors, mine has 30. Totally my mistake, I'm a newb. But I was compelled to review the product because they made it so easy by providing everything I needed (minus gloves which I noticed the youtube installers using but I did not) HEY! Take your battery out and unplug your comp before installing this! It just takes a few minutes and this screen comes with the tiny Phillips head needed to do it (magnetized even!). Don't expect full written instructions, you really need a video anyway and there are good ones out there specific to this ACER model. If you're intimidated like I was... I took my old screen out, realized my mistake then reinstalled my old broken screen in less than 20 minutes and the old screen still worked as before. Reordered the correct pin # screen from this same company because they obviously give attention to detail and that makes me happy.

Worked well, it even came with the tools needed for installation. I wish it came with some screen tape that sturdies the screen in my laptop. Would be 5 stars if the complete kit had a couple strips of adhesive.
