All the parts seem well made and sturdy. The instructions were very clear and the wrench they provided was good quality with a handle instead of a simple allen wrench. I think other reviews said the setup was tedious. It wasn't at all. Just a few steps, a handful of bolts, no confusion at all. I love the height variability of the chair. It really is a solid chair, doesn't feel cheap, seems like it will last a long time. I love the fold-up armrests which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I'm using it as a chair in my music studio, so the fold up armrests are great for playing a guitar or a handdrum on one's lap. It really does make an excellent guitar chair. I'm very happy with my purchase.

A bang for the buck!!! I am soooo happy with this chair. I even put it together myself. if you knew me I can screw in a lightbulb. I put this chair together with the video in the ad and the pamphlet that was provided in the carton. the seat was a little more challenging but other than that it was easy. For a more advanced person, it can take 5 minutes. it is soooo comfortable! love the grey color. thank you!!! I have a sciatic nerve issue and I believe I will NOT have one more issue. it is high enough where my hand is facing downward to use the mouse and my fingers don't lose circulation!!!! very happy!

I work from home for 8-10 hours a day , the Breathable back make long sitting time more comfortable. And surprisingly the support is above expectation on mesh material back. The foot rest again make my long working hours more relaxed. The height adjustment is perfect to fit my needs and my adjustable desk. I was able to lean on the chair while doing work at stand up position every two hours to stretch leg and yet not really stand . hahaOverall Love this chair, planning to buy an extra one for my daughter. YES! Recommended.p.s. I research long before I decide to buy this, so come to assemble I pay extra attention on setting the arm. I do think the instruction can be improve (move up the arm setting for a step without fully tighten). I strongly suggest future buyer READ THROUGH all steps before action and it solve the assemble concern.I also purchase separately a set of STATIONARY Caster , as I dont need to roll my chair for a proper sit straight position.

It is more comfortable than my old worn out chair. Take you time attaching the arm rests to the seat cushion. It fits, and because the seat is soft, it puffs out and you have to gently hold them in place while attaching the bolts. Easier with two people that are not in a hurry.

Wanted this chair to be good, but no. Good goings assembling until it came to the final step of attaching the back to the side arms - like several other reviews, it was 4-5 inches too narrow to fit properly. Tried readjusting arms from the bottom and no go. The seat front slants forward hard and makes it difficult to sit in and once assembled felt ready unstable.

I like this chair for what it is worth. I WFH so I spend a majority of my time in the chair and sometimes like to switch to my other chair. I think this chair is fine for the cost. It was relatively easy to assemble (took me about 20-30 minutes by myself). The seat is fine. It could use more padding, but fine as is. The only thing I really dislike is how uncomfortable the arm rests are on my elbows. After using the chair for only a day I realized I am going to have to buy arm rest covers because the fabric on this is leaving dents in my elbow and is very irritating on my skin.Overall it's a great budget chair maybe not for full time work from home workers though.
