really like it
Purchased to replace the same model I had previously that quit working. Has many features that new printers do not have as a package without spending twice as much. Truly a total office printer. The seller was also great to work with when there was a problem.

This is what I got
The package was damage.....missing power cord and the ink cartridge were empty...had to buy a cord and all new ink cartridge just to get it started....then had to look online to see how to change the language on the screen to English.....Oh no booklet either....so far its working ok...

Easy set up
Love how easy it was to set up and print quality is fairly decent

Always having to buy ink
It’s horrible, and sometimes it doesn’t even recognize when you put in new ink cartridges and tells you that it’s still out of ink

Speedy delivery.
Handy sized printer. Ideal for home or small office.

WiFi is unreliable.
This uses the same print engine as the XP-4100 model. See reviews for that model for more info The ink cartridges are small and expensive (as usual for Epson).Loses WiFi connection roughly once per week and it has to be connected again using their “wizard” — just power-cycling the printer won’t cut it. The WF-3640 it replaced never had such problems sitting in the same location.Will revise this review after more experience with it. Whether ink cost is acceptable is yet to be determined. Currently not thrilled with it

Epson color printer
Love it! Was easy to set up. It is compact. Prints nice pictures and just what I needed to print out receipts etc. I don’t print a lot, but perfect for what I needed it for. Love that it is Wifi and can print from my phone!

Small space needed
The printer was easy to follow while installing. The printer found the WiFI quickly
