Disney Captain Hook Boys' Costume, Boys S 4-6

My little guy wakes up and puts this on. It’s amazing. Hat and hook sold separately, but he loves it!

Our son wears a size 5T and this fit perfectly. The material is very soft, but did leave shiny red fuzz on his undershirt which just washed right off.

Just be mindful it’s just the robe and pants. Pants are thin and baggy so you’ll need to wear something underneath and robe doesn’t really tie shut but it gets the point across. Wore for a Captain Hook and Peter Pan costume.

My son (5) got MANY compliments on his Captain Hook costume! He LOVED it and played the part well! He wore it a few times before Halloween and all day (and overnight!) on Halloween and it has held up well. It's roomy enough to wear a layer under both the pants and robes to help keep warm on our chilly New England fall nights without looking bulky. We did have some trouble keeping the robe in place, but again a 5 year old was wearing it. Also, I wish that it would have come with the hat, we had to purchase one separately that was pricey.

For a Disney-branded product this is INSANELY poor quality. My son has a plethora of costumes and since he is 4, I don’t get too hung up on quality, but this by far the worst costume I’ve ever purchased for him. First of all, this will definitely need to be worn over top other clothes, it’s very thin and Halloween tends to be colder than expected or will tear probably that night to due how cheap and thin this is. Next, while the robe will stay tied, nothing else stays in place as soon as your child moves, the robe (which is extremely unstructured aka floppy) will slide all over the place and the white piece will come out. It’s a mess. For this price, that shouldn’t happen. Costco has a pirate costume that is cheaper, better quality and while it’s not Captain Hook, its 100x better than this. And don’t even get me started on the hat that is supposed to do with this…

So i open up the package, there’s no hat there’s no hook. How can you be captain Hook and not have these things inside the costume package and how can you have a picture of that costume and not have everything included seriously there should’ve been a large warning sign, letting you know ahead of time. I finally found it in the product description in the way end of the description of what you’re buying ended up finding a hat and a hook at a Halloween store had to pay way too much. This costume ended up costing me over $100. Let’s just say.

I love this costume. I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter. Size 4-6, was a little big on her, but fit well enough. It's made really well and the colors are very rich. I read on another review that they used Velcro for the jacket, so I went ahead and bought Velcro, which was a good idea because the jacket does need the Velcro to stay closed, (since it is a little big on her.) It's a great costume and the price is reasonable.
