This product works very well but I can’t drink the Honey Chamomile flavor - it tastes like you're drinking an old lady’s synthetic perfume. The unflavored one is a citrusy lemony flavor and is the route to go in my opinion.

If you have problems with relaxing your mind to go to sleep. This is the helpful supplement I use. Sometimes my body doesn't respond to melatonin. I use this to relax my mind and muscles. This was especially helpful after knee replacement surgery. I recommend mixing with water. The vanilla chamomile taste is suttle and not overwhelming. Neither is it chalky.

It works for me, but it tastes TERRIBLE. I will not be purchasing this again due to the taste, but if you can get last it, it does seem to work for me. I use it to help me sleep. If it didn’t taste so awful I’d give it 5 stars. I give 4 because it works.

I didn't buy it to do or feel anything, purely for health reasons I am a pretty relaxed person, but I think there is an element to this that does lend itself to overall calmness. I would not purchase it again because the taste is so off putting - it hurts
