I have to say this product is amazing!!!I have been using this product for just over 4 yrs and have lost a total of 110 lbs plus been able to maintain it with the product... From 340 to 230. Not too bad!!! If I changed my exercise routine from non existent and my food consumption... I probably would've lost and maintained more.

This pure Garcinia Cambogia works for suppressing appetite and aiding in overall weight loss/health goals. This is my 2nd bottle and I wouldn't want to live without it again. I take 3 first thing in the morning with a glass of water and know that I'll be satisfied with light, small, healthy bites throughout the day. Just be careful about how much you eat at one time, you may experience an upset tummy feeling, especially with carbs. I combine this with white kidney beansextract on a moderately low carb diet with excellent results.

I used this product along with apple cider vinegar in order to lose a few pounds before the holidays. I had tried this before with another brand and it didn't work but decided to try one more time. This is working really well and I have lost seven and a half pounds in just a few weeks without changing the i I eat. I will definitely purchase again.

I purchased these maybe in February and I’ve been taking them on and off.At first I wasn’t noticing anything but afterwards I start seeing small changes in my shape! I stopped using the pills for a week until I received the vinegar pills which suppose to help with digestion and during that week of not taking the garcinia I may have dug in the fridge late nights for snacks and gained the 4lbs I lost back lol.So now that I have both pills I’m using the restroom more through the day, thanks to the vinegar, and I’m curving my appetite instead of craving!!! AND I ALSO THINK YOU SHOULD GET B12 pill as well for energy. I haven’t weighed myself yet but I know I’m feeling lighter.

Ok so I just got these pills....I've heard so much of this Garcinia so I wanted to try it out. I have been dieting but seem to need a little help with the weight loss. I hope that these pills can give me the boost I need to continue my weight loss journey. Feeling hopeful...😊

Background: I have been searching for a Garcinia replacement after the company that worked for me stopped manufacturing it. (When I say "worked" I'm looking for a product that helps me push from the plateau in weight loss, balancing my sleep patterns, and leveling blood sugar levels throughout the day and it can't contain any calcium due to thyroid drug interactions.) I try to test each new Garcinia Cambogia supplement for my personal efficacy standards, using two months’ worth of the products.Review: After trying a few different Garcinia products that actually helped me GAIN weight, I was happily willing to try this NusaPure brand which looked like it was within ingredient criteria and didn't cost an arm and leg to test. On Feb 2, 2019 I ordered, received and took the first month and as expected no instant miracle difference, but there weren't any negative side effects either, so I decided to buy the second month's supply and keep going with this test.On March 7, 2019, I went into my Amazon account, previous orders and reordered the SAME product from the same Amazon link, with the same listed details, same photos and at the same price. The package arrived, the bottle is the same size and color, the labels are slightly different size but that's no biggie. It wasn't until I was casually looking at the back side of the March 7th label that I noticed these ingredients had a lot of "fillers" which I usually don't buy. I still had my original February bottle in the recycle bin so I pulled it out to see if I just overlooked the ingredients list when I selected NusaPure Garcinia originally. That's when I saw that in fact, these two orders of supposedly the "same" product have different ingredients!!I looked at NusaPure’s Garcinia Cambogia product listing on amazon again today, and zoomed on the photo of the ingredients, which does show the longer ingredient list as displayed on my March 7th ordered bottle, but I don’t see anything that states the recipe is new or changed. I can’t be sure what ingredients were displayed when I originally ordered, but one of the criteria I look for in Garcinia is a very short ingredient list with no “fillers”. Since I don’t know what officially counts as a filler, I am pretty cautious and avoid much of anything outside of the plant itself and the supplement/capsule casing material.Although I have been getting brain fog, headaches and can’t sleep much lately at all, these may all be caused by the Garcinia OR a number of other environmental factors. The reason I only gave 1 star is not because of the efficacy or any specific negative side effects but because the changed/additional ingredients listed between orders & without any clearly posted notice. I like that this product only requires a once a day dose of three pills. I take it in the afternoon, and it really does let me know when I am full.
