It is perfect couldn’t be better

My husband is extremely pleased with this, as has to keep his leg dry at all times and has been able to resume swimming.

I bough this for my mum whilst she was in a cast. It is brilliant. Her leg and cast never got wet.

I was given body wipes and told not to get my cast wet when I was discharged!! Not great when it's the hottest time of the year! Bought this waterproof sock so I could have a bath and maybe use the hottub or swim, however the sock is huge and you need to make sure all the air is out and you have a tight fit before going in water. I made sure that it was as water tight as possible and it let in a little water - if I'd have known I would have put protective wrap around the cast first, luckily it was hot and it dried very quickly, I'm not confident that it would how work in a hot tub or pool where my foot would be fully submerged all the time considering the top of the protective sock wasn't in the water for the majority of the time - really did appreciate being able to have a proper bath, it's thick material feels durable, you do need to remove jewellery before putting over your cast and the tight top can make it restricted when trying to put it over your cast but you soon get use to keeping that part stretched while rolling down to the toes of the sock and then rolling over your cast without hurting yourself

I used this after surgery so I could still swim. As a precaution, I put another smaller waterproof protector over my foot and ankle just in case the big one leaked but barring some condensation, it was still OK after an hour in the water.

Item developed a hole quite quickly after buying. Contacted bloccs about this and they haven't bothered to reply.

I've used this twice in the shower - for about 15 minutes each time - and it has been completely waterproof both times, not a drop of water has got in. It is easy to understand the instructions, fairly easy to manoveuvre over the cast, and dries off quickly. I bought the short leg version for a lower leg cast and it fitted snugly just below the knee, where it is supposed to go. The diameter of my leg just below the knee is about 14"/36cm. Out of interest I pulled the blocc protecter up above my knee just to see if I could wear it up to there too; it went up that high but was uncomfortably tight (diameter of leg an inch or two above the knee: 16 1/2" or 42cm). So if you have a leg cast above the knee, or have very fat lower legs, you'd be better off with the longer leg version. If you are very short (I am average height for a woman: 5' 4" / 162cm tall) and slim you could consider the child version, which comes in different heights.

Following surgery on my toes I have to wear a protective shoe with a deep heel wedge.I have wasted money on both ankle and knee high alternatives for waterproof boot coverings - the holes simply do not stretch wide enough to accommodate the size of the heel.I did wonder if a full leg waterproof cover would be overkill for what is essentially a foot that needs to be kept dry, but it is perfect!The boot fits easily through the hole and the rubber is heavyweight and of good quality.I have only used it in the shower but it fits so well to my leg that I can well believe it would stay waterproof when in the bath or swimming.It seemed a lot of money at the time but worth every penny. Highly recommended
