Minecraft: Story Mode - A Telltale Game Series - Season Disc (Xbox 360)

I looked everywhere online for this game, and although I found it in many places, none of these places had it this cheap, and could deliver the next day!! I ordered it late on Friday night and it came as we were leaving to go to the a childs birthday and I had bought the game for the child. It was brand new and unopened and his face lit up when he saw what it was. Excellent bargain and fantastic service!!!

Minecraft story mode is a lot more than what is in the name. Your decisions effect the future and will change who you spend your journey withAnd who survivesA lot of effort with animation was put into this as walking freestyle has leg and arm movement which bends other than the original game where you walk about like you are frozen stiffOver all a lot of effort was put into it and definitely worth the money

Bought this for my son and he's enjoyed it so far.Lost of the pre Xmas reviews talk about problems downloading the episodes? We had no problems with Episode 1-4, even though he'd previously bought episode 1 as a separate digital download, so it looks like those problems have been patched now. And of course Episode 5 has not been released yet.The game itself is in the choice/quicktime style of all the previous TellTale games (Walking Dead, Wolf, Borderlands .....), so no surprises there and its a simple enough format for any age to play (provided they are old enough to read the choices given).

This game is a very well known game, very popular amongst all walks of people, of all ages! Was initially purchased for my son for a birthday gift, he had hours of fun on the game. I personally do not have a great understanding of computer games like this, but he thoroughly enjoyed. Hes since taught my daughter how to play also. All round, a great game!

The game itself has problems. You have to download each chapter of the game. Its free,as you bought the disc,but there was a huge issue preventing players downloading parts. This upset my son,as it was a Christmas present. And still waiting to be able to download installments to continue. Telltale games messed up.

Brought for a Minecraft loving 10yr old who informs me that the story is great and really fun to play. "its really fun and its really good to have a storyline instead of just building houses and getting bored, its good to play as you want to know what's going to happen next. Its also good that you get to choose what happens next in the story and its quite funny".

Buggy download system. Only the first episode is actually on the disc. You have to download the remaining ones at around 500-900Mb a pop. The 4th issue doesn't want to download at all without additional payment being required and hasn't done since at least the end of December due to a bug somewhere between the publisher's code and the xbox ecosystem. As usual, as Microsoft are involved, that means waiting a random amount of time for someone to actually bother fixing at during which time this is useless. If it's anything like my professional career as a software engineer, we have cases that are open with them and have been for over 6 years.On top of that, the game isn't really a game. It's like one of those adventure books from the 1980s that allows some small arbitrary decisions to be made along the line. But they need you to fish out for the next episode all the time so the decisions are of zero consequence and of zero skill. Ergo, there is no game. It's a DVD with a next button you press every few minutes.So in conclusion, a waste of money, buggy and a pretty poor experience.
