I used a tracking number postage for the peace of mind. The results are very easy to understand. Elimination diet will help clear some of them but not all of them because we are born with them and the only best thing to do is to avoid for good. Not often I write reviews but v disappointed in this test. All you get is an instructions manual and an enveloppe. The lab is in the US so costed a fortune to send off and a month on I haven’t even received an acknowledgement. Waste of time and money. Do not recommend at all.

400 version purchased. Easy to follow instructions to register and then send off to the US. Email received to say sample received and then follow up email a few days later with results. Very clear summary with a few surprising results and looking forward to seeing if removing these make a difference. This is a good starting point rather than spending lots of time removing certain foods separately from your diet to try to find out if they're triggers. Totally recommend this product.

My first hair sample was not received by this company and got lost in the post. I contacted them and a lady called Cornelia helped to resolve this. She was brilliant and explained how to send another sample off as I’d used the envelope that I’d sent my sample in. I was texted to say they had received it and a day later I had my results. I couldn’t fault the customer service and would recommend this test to friends.

Arrived, but then had to post sample to America at my cost, results have never arrived dispite registering test and following instructions, this product needs to be withdrawn from here. Some one has my money and my DNA terrible service! Avoid at all cost

So what you get is a leaflet with an envelope in a box , you then register your test it then tells you to print a postage label with a address that different to the one on the envelope , I did message seller to ask which was the correct address to send to ? Still waiting for a response!It cost me £3 to post the hair sample as it’s to an address in the USA .The results came back about a month later it kind of gave me the results I was expecting with a few weird items that I didnt expect like being very intolerant to oregano ??I think from the lack of communication regarding my queries I dont think I would totally trust this test I feel like it’s just a automated reply service that doesn’t instil any trust

Im very pleased with this product. It took less than a week for my test results to arrive and it was easy to follow all the steps.I already knew some of the intolerances that I have, which these results also confirmed. Now things make a lot of sense and I am currently making changes to my diet.This test is legit and it worked for me.I have recommend this to friends and bought another one for my partner also.Might try and do the advanced test too.

The test was really easy to do. Clear instructions and very easy to understand. The postage envelope said free post but then you’re asked to pay postage in the instructions which was a bit confusing. I sent special delivery so it was tracked. Received an email to say they received it and got the results the following day. It’s definitely value for money, the detail given in the results is fantastic! It was quick and easy, highly recommend
