Q: Are they coated, as the oil clogs my bean to cup machine

I would like to correct my answer, after doing some reading, the shininess does not come from the beans being coated, but rather roasted at a higher temperature, which means all the oils get released, coating the beans, thus the darker more shiny bean. Its this oiliness that can clog up bean to cup machines. So no there is no coating, and I now think that there is no such thing as a coated bean, rather just the roasting process.

The beans used for this blend are top AA grade washed Arabica and robusta beans. They are not certified Organic.

These beans are suitable for a fully automatic bean to cup coffee machine. they make a perfect flat white , cappuccino or espresso .
