Bought this for my car fob, as when reading the manual it mentioned about mobile phone signals possibly corrupting or wiping the info on it if they are kept together. Hadn't really though about the other security issues with these new 'intelligent' keyless car fobs, but on reading other views about range extenders it makes sense to have one of these pouches.Tried it as soon as i got it, as others have said, even when holding right up to car door handle it still stops the fob from working, also tried it with my mobile phone, and again outside it gets calls, once in the pouch it goes straight to voicemail, as the signal doesn't get through.Works brilliantly, always use it for my car keys now, and even bought a second one for my spare key that's kept in the house, just in case. Gives me the peace of mind i need for security, and as it stops the signal as well as that, i now have no worries about keeping they keys next to my phone if they're in the pouch (just in case they can interfere and corrupt data).I highly recommend this product, had to show it off to all my work colleagues the next morning i was so impressed.

yes it does the job, when phone is placed in the rear sleeve, it completly cuts out the reception.when placed in the front sleeve, it reduced the reception and radition.great product i like how it can be copmpletly closed to secure the phone so it does not fall out, unlike some other ones i have seen on here.

It's a ridiculous situation. The nicest, best equipped, most expensive cars these days seem to be equipped with keyless entry and start. A good idea, you might think, until you realise that such technology is easily circumvented by car thieves with a relatively cheap bit of kit which amplifies the signal from the key and enables access and often starting of your pride-and-joy while your key is hanging on its hook inside your home.However, this marvellous item provides all the protection you need to ensure your car stays exactly where you left it. The silver lining creates a Faraday's cage which insulates any transmitter placed inside. Received today and tested immediately. With the keys inside, the doors cannot be opened even when pouch is proximate to the car. The final test, could the car be started when sat inside with the key in the pouch? The answer: "owner's key not present". Marvellous!

Does the job nicely.I keep my rf key fob (for keyless entry) in this overnight.There have been reports of thieves boosting the signal of an rf key from outside of people's houses, which allows them to steal their car.This item blocks that signal.I keep the spare in this pouch permanently, and add the one I use every night when I return home from work.A small price to pay to add a little extra protection from car thieves.

It certainly stops all radiation, but the result is that all the phone’s communication ability is stopped. It cannot receive any calls or anything from the Internet while in the bag. So you might just as well simply switch the phone off and save your money.

A bit big to put in a pocket

Good value item, but do check every month that it is still working (try unlocking the car with the key in the case). After a few months the signal blocking lining tends to get damaged and the case stops being 100% effective (i.e. the car will open with the key in the case). At that point think about replacing the case.

Fits my Samsung A52S perfect and snugly, will be glad to feel protected against outsiders and adding extra cushion to the protection of my phone. Reccomended.
