Our puppy was on this food for 3 months now, the transition was very easy, we needed to soak it a little when she was very small and used to wet diet, but there were no stomach problems whatsoever at any point (although I feel like her stomach is made of iron seeing what she can sneakily eat on walkies and at home and get away with it, I guess she is not a sensitive type). Now she is 6 months old and full of energy, all good :) I would recommend it, especially because it comes in small packages of 2kg, so it stays nice and fresh. It is a bit pricey, but it's the only vegan puppy food I found and it works for the pup, so be it. Once doggo is big I may experiment with other veggie foods, but now I want to be sure she gets all the nutrients a puppy needs. Glad she likes it too :)

Good bitesize kibble for my pug, not too big. He is a fussy little fella but eats this without hesitation, mixed with benevo wet food too. Was concerned about putting him on a plant based food initially, as he has been known to turn his nose up and refuse to eat if he doesn’t like the look of certain food... Also has had recurrent problems with sensitive tummy and allergies, so I couldn’t be happier that he not only enjoys this food but that he hasn’t had any issues whilst on it. Can truthfully say he seems to like this more than ANY other food he’s had in the past.And for my own peace of mind I can relax knowing no other animals have had to suffer in order to keep my little doggy happy and healthy. What more is there to ask for from a product!?! Would def recommend.

We gradually introduced this vegan puppy food to our 3 month old puppy. He is now 5 months, adores his food, and is healthy and happy, He is growing in line with his brother who is on a meat based diet. I was worried about putting him on a vegan diet as a pup but having read up about the additives in Benevo I am happy he is getting an excellent diet for his stage of life. Our old dog struggled with allergies to the chemicals added to meat in dog food especially beef. This is something I won’t have to worry about anymore.

Got this as a switch from meat based dog food. It contains all the essential minerals and vitamins for dogs so they aren't missing out any micronutrients such as taurine and l-carnitine. My dog seems to really like it, even though in the past she has been really sulky and not eating for days sometimes if she does not like something! (Princess) She grazes on it more than usual and the bite size is perfect for her as she is Yorkie/JRT cross with a tiny little mush! I will continue to buy this brand. Thanks a lot Benevo :)

I saw this brand mentioned in a national newspaper in a piece about feeding your dog a vegan diet. Although vegan myself, I would never force my diet on family members and that includes our dogs, however I thought I would try it and could mix with their meat initially as a tiny step towards less animals slaughtered. Although I was expecting my little yorkie to turn her nose up, as shes very 'take it or leave it', with her dinners, as one time she can look up at me with disgust, and saunter off, and other times, surprises me by wolfing everything down... but she loved it. So I will be using it all the time now.
