Abhi zyda time nahi hua use karte hue, isliye physical changes abhi nahi dikhe, lekin strength mein clearly improvement feel ho raha hai. Sabse interesting baat yeh hai ki main is waqt creatine use nahi kar raha, phir bhi mujhe apne lifts mein better strength lag rahi hai.Iska mango flavor seriously mast hai – na jyada sweet, na artificial feel deta hai. Jab shaker mein mix karta hoon, to easily dissolve ho jaata hai, koi lumps ya foam nahi banta. Peena bilkul effortless lagta hai. Bloating ka bhi koi issue nahi hua ab tak, jo usually dusre proteins ke saath hota hai.Overall, experience ab tak kaafi positive raha hai. Let’s see long-term mein kya results milte hain. I usually use different brand isolate protein this was my first time using this brand , i was bloating issue while using this protein powder and it tasted weird( i have tried several unflavoured isolate protein but this one has funny taste, don’t fall for marketing this is about 900 rupee more expensive than the brand i usually use and was as good as it , they no longer source whey from abroad and for the price tag this ain’t worth it

Even though the product is satisfactory but the packaging is very veery poor. The jar came without any box with stickers stuck all over the jar.The jar could be pinctured or air could leak inside the jar contents rendering it useless and harmful for consumption. Since these products are so expensive they deserve a box packaging.

One of the best proteins iv evr had,nd iv tried a lot of brands ovr the yrs to know the difference, best thing about it is dat it digests so easily,causes no bloating,taste is gd evn though it has stevia instead of sugar ,mixes surprisingly well wid water,havent tried it wid milk, overall a very promising product fr athletes,highly recommended,its wrth its price!!!!👍
