Best value 80% whey protein isolate.
This is the best value out there, it’s 80% pure whey isolate, as a body builder this is great, all you people moaning about taste etc then go to McDonald’s for your milk shake. At the end of the day the whole idea for protein shakes is to supplement your protein intake as in body building we need on average 1gram of protein per pound of body weight so we just drink it and get it down, it’s not about taste its about protein intake, if your serious about your training and muscle strength you wouldn’t moan, so just get it in you and get on with it. At this price it’s a no brainer, stick with vanilla or banana if you need flavour as these in most brands tend to be less sweet or sickly or go for the 95 unflavoured for a bigger protein hit. Just get it down you and keep pumping iron, no body builders I know moan about taste all we need to know is that’s it’s at least 80% whey isolate.

My new favourite whey
A cupboard staple for anyone into fitness in any way, this is definitely my new favourite. The packaging is excellent and reseals easily and reliably (unlike most other brands), and the flavour doesn’t have any taint or nasty after effects.Seems good value for the large size too. Here’s a shake I like to have preworkout for a high protein start to the day. Maybe it’ll help someone. It’s quite high fat and protein but very good for energy for high power sessions (I have it in addition to a carb breakfast).1-2 cups frozen blueberries and strawberries1/2 cup water2 scoops BBW whey1/2 pot fat free unflavoured yoghurt2-3 tbsp ground almonds1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)3-4 tbsp vanilla ice creamDrop of olive oil1 serving scoop creatine powder1 raw whole egg1tbsp oatsIt also works well substituting the blueberries/strawberries for frozen peaches&nectarines and the plain fat free yoghurt for vanilla 0% fat yoghurt.Best blending technique is to put the frozen fruit and water in first, let them sit for a minute and blend them, then add the rest of the ingredients and blitz. Avoids chunks.

A Good Whey Protein Concentrate
Mixes well even when just shaken in protein shaker. Tastes as expected, like powdered milk. I tend to always add raw organic cacoa to my shakes as I don't like all the pretend sugars and I'm not convinced there that good for you. Good strong bag which seems to seal well. Delivery within time given. Can't afford organic protein so went for the next best thing.

Best
I agree with the other reviewer, if you want taste go to McDonalds. On the other hand you can flavour this with whatever you like (go to your cocktail cabinet for a start)Apparently the concentrate has more beneficial content as well, though more carbs though negligible.Mix in pure cacoa with yoghurt and any fruit or walnuts, no need even for a blender.Highly rated health wise is this product (and my mix). I have this almost every day and my fasting triglycerides are 0.8 mmol/l and HDL 1.7 - I am 56.

The best I’ve tried.
This is the best protein powder I’ve tried.I mix using a blender and add powdered milk shake flavour. So I can have chocolate strawberry or banana rather than being stuck with one flavour. Mixes really well without any lumps. Will definitely buy again. Edit..has doubled in price in 4 months. Will look elsewhere.

The powder is fine it makes me sneeze
The powder is fine and it floats up in a cloud making me sneeze each time I open the packet. The smell and taste is too sweet and artificial for me, not natural vanilla. However if the protein does the job, well that’s what I take it for. I use it in cooking eg baking healthy muffins. Works fine that way as well mixing it into smoothies with fruit or nuts and spices. There is some clumping in the smoothie maker and you need to go at it with a spoon to dislodge any clumping at the bottom

Doesn't mix well and tastes bad
I bought this because it was cheaper (like £4) than the proteinworks similar product and thought quality could not really change much for that difference. Well I was wrong. It is yellowish, does not mix well with shaking only and tastes awful.
