Quality is not good in transit the product got damaged and return to vendor

No round O shape round hook at top, also cane surface is too shorp at some places, may cause injury
I felt the seller just wanted to push away the item to sell somehow but not maintain the quality standards. It’s useless product with out O shaped ring at top of chair.
