Can't say a whole lot about a remote except you want it to work which it did. Workmen came in, tv screen got cracked, of course they didn't know anything. Square Trade DOES NOT cover cracked screens. I have a remote without a tv. Samsung needs to make a universal remote that works with all of their products.

Looks and functions precisely as OEM, no one will be able to tell the difference. A bit high in price, but worth it.

This is a replacement remote that I had gotten. It worked out great on our Samsung 42 inch tv. Didn't need to do a thing.
