Cooling and soothing for poorly little ones
These have helped cool my children down when they've had temperatures and felt rubbish. My 4yr olds aren't usually keen on keeping them on long but they have helped. Have also used them when my 6yr old son touched something hot (after being told 4 times not to! And being supervised) And that helped cool his hand and I think helped the skin after

I swear by these
The forehead strips offer a lot of relief when your head is banging. My kids also love them. They last for a good 12 hours each. Just take it off for a minute and reapply when it starts to feel warm, they go super cold again quickly. Much prefer these ones to the migraine version, as those have menthol which makes my head ache feel worse somehow. Size is suitable for adults even though they're targeted at children. Much better value to buy them on here usually too. Also good during a heatwave!

Swear by these!
Amazing product. No idea how, but they work. Myself and my son use them a lot and have no issues! Take away my headaches without medication sometimes! They are easy to use, just take off the back and stick to your head. I wake up 9 hours later and although it’s dried out, it’s still clung to my head.Great value for money aswell, a very cheap product!If only it was acceptable to wear these out and about!

Good for travel & sleep
If you suffer from migraine or overheating, and you don't care what you look like, these are really useful to have in your handbag for a journey or at night, when an ice pack isn't practical. They're soft and comfortable and sticky enough as long as you don't move around too much at night; I can see why they're not stickier as it might damage your skin. I am a small person and it covers my entire forehead.

Use for Migraine.
Surprisingly work rather well.I use these to help alleviate symptoms of migraine and it helps. The cooling sensation almost numbs the forehead and blocks the pain receptors, causing the pain to stop. Probably not what’s happening, but, it dumbs down the pain and does help.Having been diagnosed with chronic migraine since 2015, as well as primary biliary cirrhosis, unfortunately taking painkillers is not an option :-(. And so having something which helps to dull, numb and/or disguise the pain certainly makes a difference, even if it is psychological!!!
Cut or tear open pouch and remove one Kool'n'Soothe Soft Gel Sheet. Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. Place gel sheet on skin. If desired, cut sheet to suitable size with scissors. Store unused gel sheet in the foil pouch to prevent drying. For best results, use each sheet only once.
