This level is super easy to use and helps so much.I’ve used it for tiling my bathroom and I use it most when my wife makes me hang up stuff. It’s bright and has good visibility.

I like the self-leveling feature and the option to turn on / off the horizontal/vertical light. For the price it's great. The only tough part is getting the level to the height you want to hang pictures at. I put the little tripod on a fold-up table and some Rubbermaid to get the level to the right height. Once you're close the level has a knob that allows you to adjust +/- a foot or two.

I can't believe I didn't get one of these sooner. This works so well in the house for hanging things, and for minor construction projects in my shop. Easy to use, and self levels, you may want to get a better tripod, as the one that comes with it is fairly cheap and may move over long periods of time. It has horizontal and vertical lines, and it is accurate. It cannot be seen outdoors during the day, which is typical for levels of this price point. It has a mode which pulses the laser, and you can buy a receiver to detect that for daytime use. At night on my property the range is absolutely wild, and can be used to mark fence lines, etc.

Had a expensive model that was damaged on the job. Purchased this simply to finish and because it would be delivered the next day. It is easy to use, easy to site and read. Doesnt have all the features my 1st one did, however for a homeowner or someone who only needs one occasionally I would recommend this one.

The laser is great! I would recommend it by itself, however, this kit comes with a tripod which is very cheap and not very stable. Also it's small, 3' fully extended. The green laser is well balanced and very bright in any direction, the until by itself on the floor or work bench is easy to move and adjust. The tripod is very sloppy and had to adjust without cranking things down and sliding off your mark. Further, the lack of stability is seen with almost every step, drop of a tool, or breeze. It settles down again quickly but I found myself unhooking it from the tripod and setting up a saw horse to hold it where I needed.

I got this for my husband for Valentines day! I figured if I got him a little somethin somethin that he'll love and that will make projects easier he'll be more likely to want to do another home project right?! *enter evil laugh* It was a bit of a rocky start at first. He loved the horizontal laser but was irritated the vertical laser seemed to be off. Bummed out I was ready to return as I wanted to make sure he got a great level for home renovations. I packed it up but something told me to check out the reviews and I'm glad I did! Review after review said that this laser shot accurately, so I suggested we try it one more time before we returned. Turns out....our door way was 5/8" off...not the laser. The laser was straight as an arrow and accurate AF. Great tool especially for the money!

Worked great for my kitchen cabinet install. Used the horizontal setting for setting base cabinets and then the vertical setting for the wall cabinets. Marked the stud locations on the wall, set the vertical line on the mark. While someone else held the cabinets in place, I marked and drilled pilot holes into the stud and fastened wall cabinet to the wall. Only wished the tripod adjusted higher. Had to make a table for it to set on in a few instances and move it around when I needed the line higher. Great buy though and very useful.
