Usefully longer connectors.
I already had the sling strap and this came with the shorter connectors. I found they could be a bit restrictive on occasion. These longer connectors are better as they offer more room for using camera controls on the grip side.

Does the job.
Easily fitted and strong. Happy to recommend.

Op-Tech Connectors
Perfect for my needs, to add connectors to a long lens allowing me to support the lens directly with my Op-Tech straps avoiding potential strain on the lens mount.A bit fiddly to fit, but it's something you only need to do once, so not really an issue.

I would have liked that they sold just the female end alone
I have it as a backup on my 6D attached to the carabiner on my Blackrapid strap. just in case you know.It serves the dual purpose as a safety attachment when i have my camera on a monopod up high above me shooting overhead shots, or "hail mary's"The 4 stars because it does what it's supposed to. I would have liked that they sold just the female end alone, since the male is on my camera and all other places i have the females. So i got quite a few spare male end's now.

Good, strong, like the modular approach.. will continue to buy OP/Tech
Very please with the way these are working.. I bought the Op/Tech harness and then realised I’d need these longer loops to be able to thread through and incorporate the top rain protectors on the binoculars.. I go out most of the time with a back pack with camera gear in so I’ve actually threaded the smaller loops that came with the harness onto the shoulder strap rings on the back pack... I can clip the binoculars via the new long loops into those... works really well and means I have the binoculars handy at a good level and don’t have to bother with the harness. I used a couple of split rings to get the binoculars hanging at the length where I can bring them up to my eyes comfortably without any unclipping etc. Pictures posted show the setup. The OP/tech system is good.. well made.. highly modular (as my configuration proved ) clips are strong.. over stitched etc.. I’d have no concerns hanging my DSLR and 300mm lens from the harness if I needed to.

Part of a system
I have bought several Op-Tech USA bits and pieces to make a strap system that fits all my cameras, both from Amazon and direct from the physical Carmarthen Cameras shop. The system is great.But............... this particular item represents the poorest value part of a system that is generally excellent value. It comes as a pair only, but if you wish to equip several cameras with the male end [lower item in the picture], the female is generally redundant and you might end up with several spare and of no use. Might I suggest instead that you purchase the Op-Tech wrist strap, OP/TECH SLR Wrist Strap - Black which gives you the necessary male uniloop with the bonus of being substantially cheaper and providing a wrist strap that might be useful to have more than one of. Even one left on each camera which can be easily substituted for a harness when suitable.Every owner's need is different, so, as an American would say, 'your milage may vary'.

Versatile and secure
I used these to attach my cameras (heaviest so far has been D800) to the D ring on my rucksack strap. I just use one on the camera and the other half on the pack and it is secure enough.

Three Stars
Beware these are the large one.

Part of a great system
As a professional photographer, I have way too many cameras. All of them have these same connectors which allows me to mix and match depending on what I am carrying on that particular assignment. They are a little fiddly to attach the first time, but after that they stay and have never let me down.
