DONT, BUY THIS COMPANY PRODUCT as THE DEHYDRATOR I BOUGHT BROKE down within 3 months of buying, the trays too are not very good quality as they started to break due to heat generated even at 45 degrees.No seller contact no /address or location given in the Box in which the product is packed, very SHOCKED how Amazon has listed such COMPANY PRODUCT WHICH DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES, WHICH IS ALSO A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT BY LAW. I did not return it on delivery in GOOD FAITH ON AMAZON AND NOW I REGRET AS I LOST RS 3000 IN A GIFFY.I would Expect them to do a free replacement of my purchase with a new oneSUBRAMANIAMTHE STORY CONTINUESAfter my above feedback, the manufacturer from Surat Manish Bhai contacted and after a couple of conversation over 3-4 days he agreed to replace the Product and Was supposed to send. I even offered to an upgrade commercial version by paying difference but he said they dont make, The courier was to be done this Monday and he was to give me details but strangely last 5 days he is not contactable and call goes to Voicemail, but no call back to messages, SMS, Whatsapp Msgs. Once he picked up when I called from a different no but claimed to be Yogesh, and Kishore was supposed to be travelling, I could make out from voice same person talking. and now all my 4 Nos are walled to his voice mail,The Point is how Amazon is still not removed this Shady company from their platform ?? The answer is amazon itself thrives on such shady companies and make a huge profit. If either of them do not either refund or replace the product within 3 days I am going to take this to next level and make them feel so sorry for cheating mebest regards to themSubramaniam

When we open and use working for few minute than stop. Power light is on but fan is nor working, there is no aviable no of supplier so whom we conplain in future.
