Fantastic ...takes some practice but for cleaning irritable ears and seeing the results it is AAA1. cannot recommend any more than that

Excellent, it will help my ears so I don't have to keep going to the ear clinic. I can do it myself and not panic or move.Very gentle, doesn't hurt it finds the earwax very well. It feels weird but nice when you pull it out and it pops open which means it does the job well.THANK YOU 😊

Great technology, bad charging port
Great piece of technology however the charging port stopped charging after one use.
