So many pillows. So many promises. This is the first pillow that actually delivered on its hype. It's a banger. Hard to describe in detail but this is my pillow soul mate. Just one example... when I lay on my back with a pillow under my head I always struggle to move it so the pillow is just under my head and not under my shoulders, propping my shoulders up. This pillow does that automatically. The way it is shaped means when you're laying on your back the pillow curves up and around your shoulders so they can lay flat on the mattress but your head is still supported by the pillow. Another small but really awesome detail is the small piece of foam that curves down underneath your neck when you're laying on your back. This small and seemingly not that important piece of foam is actually one of the best parts of the pillow. When you're on your back this piece of foam cushions your neck especially the C7 area in your cervical spine. It's hard to explain how good this feels and but it really makes it a huge difference when you lay on your back. It just feels like your head and neck are cradled in a soft fluffy cloud that's also very supportive. Side sleeping is perfect too! Now my ear doesn't get squashed into the pillow.This is not hyperbole. This cervical pillow is the best pillow I have used, by a country mile. I sleep better with it. Full stop. If this thing sounds like your jam, give it a shot.

I have arthritis and cervical radiculopathy. In the past I have tried the Sutera Pillow and it worked well. I thought I would try this pillow as it was a little cheaper. I have to admit that I like it better v/s the Sutera. It provides the support that I need in just the right places. It also has helped with my shoulder pain.I no longer have to stack 3-4 standard pillows just to get comfortable and I dont spend my night readjusting.Overall, this is a great product. I'd like to see it come in black/gray or all black or charcoal.

This has helped so much. I can only sleep on my back and on side due to a disability and washaving so much neck pain and pain into my shoulder and shoulder blades. I am sleeping better now too.Since I started using this pillow it has decreased by about 80% and no longer having sharp pain. What a wonderful pillow! One suggestion would to make tge support for the arm when side sleeping a little wider so arm doesn't slip off so easily and also to assess if a pillow with a deeper depth would be needed for larger individuals ( those with more inch width from neck to shoulder) so there is true spine alignment. The great feature was the space left for the ear so there wasn't such pressure on the ear. I also really liked the support for the cheek when side sleeping without having to readjust the pillow or without it feeling like the pillow was smothering me. Great job!

I’m a back and side combo sleeper and pillows are such a personal preference.I was super excited to try this cervical pillow. I’ve used a different cervical pillow in the past and initially loved it but found that it was too thin for me when I slept on my side. When I found that this one is much thicker than the one I’d had in the past I hoped this one would be the solution. I’ve used it for nearly a month now. While it is super comfy and a better fit for me than the previous brand, unfortunately it’s not working out for me and I’m still waking up with mild headaches and neck aches.I saw the 100% Customer Service guarantee in the product description and reached out to the seller. They were extremely easy to work with and immediately took care of me.Even though this pillow didn’t work for me personally, the pillow itself is still excellent, good quality and exactly as described, just didn’t work with my body’s needs.

I have been experiencing trap and shoulder pain especially when I turn my head to the left. The pain and tightness can be felt from my shoulder into my neck. I decided to give this pillow a try. I ordered it Friday night (16th) and it arrived at 7:30 p on the 18th. I decided to go to bed and I woke up 3 hours later due to my son crying and needing a bottle. I'm not sure how but already I felt relieve. I finally fall asleep and when I woke up, I definitely felt like the sleep I did get was better. I definitely do not believe in an overnight fix for my pain and muscles tightness but I have seen relieve in 1 night. Going to order a second 1 for my fiancé to try.

Good design, great ergonomic, good to let your neck relax for a few moments. Personally, this not good for sleeping. The material gets hot when I used it for a long time. ( more than one hour). And it becomes uncomfortable. Too bulky to move it around to get your "right position to sleep. Specifically if your spouse is using another one. You will need a king size bed or bigger to have enough space to maneuver. So, its good but not good.

The opening for the head is too small that is so uncomfortable to rest your neck, your head is to elevated

Best pillows I’ve ever used. I always use to have pain in my neck and every since I started using these pillows it’s went away. Highly recommend!!
