Cons are the brightness of the light cannot be changed and the mouse might actually get moved off the spinning wheel so it could get stuck and defeat the purpose of this tool.Pros are the timer feature is great. 30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hour options. The light can change color or have no lights. The ability to step away and not have the computer sleep or show away is awesome. Definitely worth the purchase. I wish I would've known about this years ago!

I've used this for more than a year now, it keeps me in control of my teams statuses.I bought this because I keep teams on several devices, and every time I would use one of the devices my account would turn green and I'd start getting hit up by people in my company. The flip side was also true, I'd work on a different computer and my status would go yellow.This resolved that. I set myself as green when I start the day and then set myself as yellow when I end my day. Switching computers after hours doesn't cause me to turn green, and working on a computer without teams doesn't cause me to turn yellow.This works great, and I highly recommend it.That said, it was rather quiet when I got it, but now it makes a very loud clicking noise when it turns. I fully disassembled it to lube where the problem was, only to find out it's the small stepper motor inside that's making the noise, even if it's disconnected from the rest of it.

The media could not be loaded. My best friend has had this same device for a few years (her coworker bought it for her in 2021). I was too new in my job to need this for years - was in training - but recently found a need. Bestie is always talking about loving this device. Just got it. Love how it’s only powered and doesn’t need to connect to my computer, therefore it’s undetectable. My mouse is moving at most times when it’s on and I tested it last night, when it arrived and my computer was on for hours without my being near it. I’ll need to keep my headphones on during work hours so I can hear notifications to respond quickly, but I no longer am a slave to my desk or clicking when things are slow in my job, which I’m sure will save much frustration.

I work remote, and even if I don't leave my desk, I'm not constantly moving my mouse. Just got it today and as soon as I sat the mouse down on it, it slung it off the side so it was unable to move it back the other direction - because they designed it without an edge on it. I mean, what did they think would happen? Now I know why it was half price - it's total junk.I've used several others and at least they worked for a few months - this one, right out of the box didn't work due to faulty design. Since there's no edge on the thing, it slides the mouse too far off the device so it is unable to grab it and move it back to the other side. It slung it off the very first time it moved it and then it was just stuck there!It's not like I'm using a weird mouse or anything, I have a basic Laser Lancehead Mouse (the smaller travel size even, it's equivalent in size to the Microsoft Intellimouse).......I'm very angry that I now have to drive all the way to the UPS store to drop it off as to not be charged the $7.99 pick up fee...... The other mouse movers I had broke after just a few months but at least they worked out of the box! I wish someone could design one that actually works!!The ONLY pro to this one is they were generous in the length of the cord - the other one I bought, the cord was so short I had to use an extension cord and tape it to the side of my desk because it was so heavy it pulled the mouse mover off the desk. This one allows for the power strip to be on the floor and reach your desk.Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.
