I am usually lazy leavIng reviews but this time I felt compelled to share my experience due to its amazing result .This product gave me real boost in energy and mood on the very first day and had this together with Solgar Acetyl-L-Carnitine.During lockdown, I was less motivated, fatigue and felt low and wasn’t very productive at all but this product really helped me overcome my problems.

I bought it after reading all the good reviews, despite the relatively high price. After almost four weeks, I didn’t notice any difference—my energy level, focus, and sleep quality didn’t change. I really like the brand, and I’m sure it’s a high-quality product, but I will not buy it again since it’s probably not for my metabolism.

I like to take these and do feel some modest benefit, but the cost is a real barrier. Price on Amazon fluctuates from 'ouch!' to 'no way'.

Tablets are easy to swallow, I'm still taking the supplement so I can't comment on it yet.
