I'm relatively new to phone filming and for me this has elevated my films beautifully.A lot of negatives on here, but maybe they're pros?For beginners this is awesome. No more juddering. I don't need most of the features, POV follow etc.Couple it to the app and you can zoom in and out, pan, tilt etc.My iPhone 14 max pro weighs in at 244g, but with its Mous case it's over 290g, so I have to mount it with the case off. But it's very stable, solid and balanced. I find the buttons, joystick etc all very easy to work.I use this for urban exploring, so I use other powerful lights, so can't comment on the one with this?For the price, I think this is an excellent choice for most phone filmersI bought a hot shoe adaptor and now I have a powerful video light attached to the bottom of this

I was bought the gimble with light, first when i opened i was very impressed as it feel solid and good quality. The light attachment fail off not the light the magnetic part that light attached. I was contacted them straight after i open box but there no response, i checked my email not find anything, then the photo press don't wark video no problem but didn't take photos i contact them again but no response, hopefully see my feedback and contact me as is already to many problem and here no one to help because support not via Amazon. I still will contact Amazon to resolve my problem as at the moment i am not happy. Also there not full instructions for how to use gimble and no videos on another parts of how to use and what is for. Cant recommend this product at the moment as i feel like i being scamed

I got this to film a documentary for school. It's quite good at stabilising the footage while walking, but not much else.First of all, everytime I wanted to pan with the phone in one direction I actually went in the opposite. I fill like the direction controls should have been reversed.The panning speed is also not easy to control. I always ended up turning the phone too fast and ruining the footage.I guess I get what I paid for.

Great for fun videos.

The product would not calibrate with my phone so all the pictures and videos were crooked. I raised an issue and they insisted I send the product back which I have done. I sent it signed for on April 23 and they accepted on April 24, now they just ask for an update on delivery. This is one example of the delay tactics. The product didn’t work and now not only don’t have the product, no refund and no repayment of postage - if you buy this you might get my faulty secondhand product. Customer service is terrible DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE

This stabiliser exceeded my expectations. I have not yet fully worked out all the intricacies.

Hi. I have note20 ultra. I did try some buttons function of this isteady xe. However, some function not working like : the button to zoom in and out and when I change the mode to use it for video. It won't change to my back camera. So I have to do it manually. My gimbal is paired with my phone mind.

Maybe I was expecting too much from a sub £100 Gimbal, but I can’t help being a little disappointed by this kit.It’s packaged nicely and the build quality is reasonably good. It also folds up nice and compact.However, whilst the gimbal does a good job of it’s basic task (steadying the shot), it can be a bit fussy to get set up, the controls are not especially intuitive, and some of its more advanced features are hit and miss as to whether they work correctly or not. This is not helped by the poor quality instructions, and the lacklustre App.It’s a pity because at it’s heart, there seems to be a good product here. I just hope that they make an updated version and take the time to make it’s functions more reliable, and to refine the user experience when it comes to setting the gimbal up, the controls, the App and the instructions. If they do that, then they will have a winner on their hands, but for now, this gets a 3 star “OK” rating.~ Ethics Statement: Amazon provided me with this product and asked that I give my honest and impartial opinion about it.
