These can be taken up to three times a day, meaning that the bottle will last between a month and three.The gummies are soft, I could easily bite through them.The flavour of the gummies is nice to me, but if you don't like them for whatever reason, they aren't so large that one couldn't swallow them hole and still get the effect.

The directions say to take 3 gummies per day after a meal, so they'll keep me happily ashwagandaed for 1 month. You won't be flying with wings after two gummies, you need to consistently take these.They are a tad too sweet for my liking though but still delicious. Overall, a great supplement which I will continue on taking. It is reasonably priced which is a very big bonus.

A lovely taste, as always with gummies, and maybe not too steep a price either, which is a nice surprise.90 gummies will last you a month (I'm taking one after each meal) and they take a week or so before you really notice anything different. I'm more relaxed but without feeling tired or foggy. Focusses the mind without clouding it possibly.

These gummies taste great, and if you have a sweet tooth but are trying to cut down on all the unnecessary (and somewhat dangerous) sugar, these are an excellent substitute and the great news is - you can have three of these per day (not the regular food supplement two). So, yeah, quite an option.They are the regular shape and size, quite small and the taste is wonderful. These is just a hint of cherry, if any, and the ashwagandha does not come through that sharp but is still there with its rich note. They are delicious and if they do some good along the way, I am in.

Lovely tasting gummies with benefits.Yes, these are really nice tasting gummies. Not too sweet which I love and you get Ashwagandha plus B vitamins to help your mood.I love that you wont be needing water to take your supplements but it is a treat because you can have gummies and benefit from it. You can have three gummies a day if you like.

These are easy to take and 90 gummies should last just about a month and a half if you are taking 2 a day.Will have to see how they are long term as far as effects.
