Terra Nova Astragalus, Elderberry and Garlic Complex (50 Caps)

Amazing product.I have a poor immune system and was recommended Terra Nova. I tried the astragalus capsules - these worked amazingly without me getting ill but I needed to switch to these yeast-free ones. So far so good and I love this brand. Thoroughly recommendUpdate : first winter I’ve not caught an illness. I took them everyday and twice a day for a few days when I felt a cold incoming. They worked for me!

Take it twice a day at the start of a cold and you’ll be grateful you did.No garlic taste if it’s fresh and not exposed to air.

I bought this product mainly for the use of the ingredient OSHA ROOT to which I have discovered isn't an ingredient in this product at all despite being advertised as! It has Olive Leaf Extract in instead. Whilst this arrived swiftly, I'm in contemplation on whether to return a bottle or not as bought 2 to last efficiently for 2 adults. I am surprised to see Oregon grape root inside it which is making me want to hold onto one, just the admin needs to alter the ingredients list advertised please

I took this product alongside using First Defence nasal spray and kicked out a cold. Normally if I get a sore throat, that's it and there's no getting out of several weeks of misery. I'm not sure I'd take it all the time, but rather save it for when I'm feeling below par. Maybe a course of it in December mightn't go amiss.

Bought this mainly for elderberry's immune system boosting properties - the garlic part an added bonus.There is a slight 'garlic burp' factor involved, up to about an hour or so after taking the capsule, but nothing major. The item was dispatched promptly and was very reasonably priced.Overall, very pleased with the product and service.

I was recommended this in a very well known shop in Covent garden and Ive been buying it since then on Amazon, I love the purity & quality, fantastic!
