I installed in my bathroom, next to the tub, on a GFCI circuit. The USB ports charge properly. Both plugs work. No issues. Would be nice if there was a template for the cutout (there was non in mine). No issues to report.

Added this to my bathroom near the "throne". Works great! Used hollow wall anchors (the butterfly ones), instead of the included screws/anchors) and this is both solid and super helpful. sealed with a little caulk and its 100% moisture proof. ran the plug to a closet GCFI and which while a little Ghetto, is actually compliant for my state.

Likely not water resistant like advertised
Works great. As far as it being water resistant? I doubt that. Looks like any other electrical outlets.

Clean and simple.
Built a simple shelf behind our sofa for this. Hardly use it but it’s nice to have for when Guests want to charge up.I cut it into a piece of wood using the template provided and it went in well.

USB times out after a few minutes
I've tried this in every which way with surge protectors, different outlets, testing it on devices, normally the explanation for the power timing out on something like this would be that it was overloaded or there was a surge. That's not the case here. It just doesn't operate properly. I can charge a small device for maybe 10 or 15 minutes but past that it'll shut off on its own and when I come back I'll have to unplug the cable and plug it in again in order to make it run. Do not recommend..
