Very difficult to install
WARNING - READ THIS:It took 3 hours to install this hitch and if I hadn’t used a second wire to pull the plated bolt back out of the tubular frame that it had to be pulled through, it would have been stuck forever after it jammed inside the slightly curved frame - with no way to get it out.Here’s what I found after watching videos for installing similar hitches from other sellers:1. The installation instructions provided are very vague & the pictures are no help.2. The 2 installation bolts that are welded to flat plates are too big to feed through the tubular frame that the hitch is to be mounted to. Also, the one wire provided to “fish” each bolt through the tubular frame can cause them to jam at the 2 slight bends in the frame.3. After looking at the plated bolts in those videos, I cut 1/2” off the length of each bolt and 1” off the length of each plate.4. I then used picture hanging wire to attach 2 wires to the bolt - one to pull the bolt through the tube to the hitch mount hole and one to pull it back out if it jammed. With a little back & forth, it worked.5. This hitch appears to be well made with accurate dimensions, mounting holes, etc., but those oversized plated bolts & the installation method were far more than I expected.

Bolt holes too small.
Nice powder coated finish and overall well-made. However, the bolt holes were too small and I needed to open them up. Also, the bolts are a little long and it was difficult to maneuver the bends in the cross tube. I would suggest cutting approximately an 1/8th “ off the bolt prior to threading it through the cross tube. Shouldn’t be a problem for someone who has the right tools, however, could be a hassle if you don’t have the capabilities to make the modifications.
