Good, but it is a matter of taste.
It was pretty good. But, there was just too much sweet potato taste for me. I used it as a additive to my various ramen noodles and other light soups that didn't come with enough vegetables. If you like the taste of sweet potato, then you will probably love it.

Great variety
I used dried vegetables in soups, meat loaf and anywhere else and they work great. For the cost, this a great buy.

Use sparingly
Went really well with the ramen noodles but be careful you don’t sprinkle too much into your soup because it rehydrates very well!
