It Works As Advertised (BE MINDFUL)
I like using this weight-loss supplement. It’s helped me maintain my current weight and even lose some weight while I get my physical activity back on track. BE MINDFUL, there are side effects you may not like. The oil from your meals will be evacuated from your body in the form of neon orange, oily farts and sharts. If you need to fart, DO NOT TRUST IT! Go to the bathroom—it will be oily and smelly, so you should invest in wet wipes. The oil washes out of underwear and clothing easily.

Ask for permission to fart.
It does work. Anything the removes most of the fat in the food must be good for the body. I take one before every meal. When I have greasy food, I take two. But be careful. what seems like innocent gas could be a crop duster!

Easy to use with little side effects
This is my second attempt to use this product. Wasn’t as motivated the first time due to side effects.pros: Easy to swallow, only 1 pill before eating unlike others that want you to pop 3 or 4 before mealtime. No jitteriness, or nausea. Haven’t seen a decrease in appetite yet but it definitely helps with the oils in the food. Can help if one suffers from constipation.Cons: farts can get juicy. Nothing too nasty, just the excess oils in the foods can sometimes cause an issue if not expecting a wet fart. And farts can be down right smelly.Overall, I haven’t seen a decrease in weight yet but I am more conscious of oily foods. Will provide an update in 6 months.

Long painful night of gastrointestinal distress and itchy feet!!
I didn’t look into the side effects of alli, and although I expected some soft stools, nothing could have prepared me for the night of pain I had. I took one pill 30 minutes prior to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That night, my feet started itching TERRIBLY, to the point where I thought about taking an allergy pill because I couldn’t imagine why this was happening. Then came painful cramps, and I mean tear inducing pain (I got worn down after the intensity increased throughout the 5 hours of agony). Started at 1 a.m….. didn’t end for 5 hours and half a bottle of pepto bismal later. While the terror was mostly over at that point, I very carefully ate a bland diet for the next 24 hours, with slight haunting pains coming and going through the day. I looked up the side effects and sure enough, gastrointestinal distress and itchiness/rash were side effects! Now it did say these effects would likely diminish over time, but I could not fathom going through that again, not for the small amount of weight loss it claims it will help with. I’ll just walk a little more every day, or take a little longer to lose the weight on my own. Maybe I was more susceptible to the side effects than others, as the reviews on here are mostly positive, but know the side effects are real, make sure you start this with a plan for a looong weekend near a bathroom and at least one sleepless night, just in case.

Beware of the side effects
These side effects are no joke. I was in pain for 3 days. I thought, of all the times to get sick why did it happen when I start Alli and I already feel like crap. Turns out symptoms of a cold are part of the side effects of this. On top of that, I was burping alot from both ends if u catch my drift. I was so bloated I felt like I might fly away.About me: My body changed after I had my kids, I never been a foodie, if anything I get in trouble alot with my doctor for not eating. Basically I used to eat once or twice a day, and I would be perfectly fine. After I had my kids I blew up with any amount of food. During my pregnancies I didn't gain any pounds, it was after. I gained so much weight I couldn't believe it. And eating once or twice a day became my doom. I never really been an unhealthy eater either. I'm a veggie girl, rarely do I crave meat, and fruits is a no. All junk food taste the same to me, so I don't crave special foods. My only guilty pleasure is jalapeno poppers. That's it. But anyway my doctor explained to me that by not eating is why I gain weight, I force my body to reserve all fat instead of burning it, cause it's in survival mode and carrying another human made my body panic. Crazy isn't it.So even though I don't eat properly or unhealthy, she recommended me to try Alli, to stop my body from reserving all fat since I don't eat right. Of course I now have a proper diet, meaning eating more. (I should also mention I'm anemic due to iron deficiency, and I have a bad liver. ) But anyway, my body is not happy on Alli.Recommendations: if u work, start it when u have a few days off cause it will hurt you. I rather go into labor again that those 3 days of stomach nightmare. Buy a lot of electrolyte drinks. And buy multivitamins. Don't just start Alli the moment you get it, prepare urself with healthy food and everything else I mentioned. I been eating cereal and granola a lot, mostly cause it's the only thing that doesn't pain me.Review: I haven't weighed myself to determine if I'm losing weight, and honestly I don't want to either. I feel like the scale is discouraging. So I will hold out till I see my doctor, I been working out about 30min a day, aside from that I picked up more active activities ( roller skating, katana training, ECT) like my doctor said any movement is better than no movement. At my job I stand all day and walk a bit. And like I said I been eating more, Even though I'm afraid too, Lol. But anyway I do believe Alli is working since my body is not happy on it, so I'm gonna keep it up, and if I do lose some weight, I'll come back and add the amount. Yes I got the same potty symptoms as everyone else, and it doesn't get better. It says u get used to it eventually, but no u don't. Even though I'm not eating food with lots of fats, every day I'm still paying for what I do eat. I'm on so many vitamins their like their own meal at this point.

A good OTC weight loss medicine for consideration.
This is working well for me. It takes a minute for the body to adjust but over time I feel less bloated, and I’ve watched the weight drop slowly over time.
