Helping my back ache
Wasn’t sure if I was gonna like this or not I’ve tried things like this before, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s comfortable easy to use and it works.

Comfortable
This one is actually comfortable!! I've purchased others in the past and this one is the best thus far. It's good quality, soft, and doesn't rub underneath the arms like others do. It helps correct my posture, so hopefully I can get rid of my back pain.

Works, but not wearable all the time
4 stars simply because I feel like I have to wear it over the top of my shirt. It's uncomfy and a bit itchy if you try to wear it underneath and I think it'd be nice to wear underneath so I could wear it more often! It 100% helps with correcting posture. Whenever I take it off, I can tell my back feels different! I think it works well and is a good value for the price!

Not recommended by doctors
I was slouching, so I bought this.It seemed like a pretty neat design. When I wore it, it seemed to improve my posture. At first it was comfortable, but about 15 minutes in, the brace was irritating my shoulder/armpit/arm area no matter how I adjusted it.It did fit well, and it wasn't too bulky. The material was of decent quality.I told my two of my doctors that I bought this product, but they said that it will cause certain muscles to stop working as much and it is not going to give the support I need.Do I think it is worth it? Not for me personally. It is uncomfortable, and just doing proper stretching and practicing posture will put you in a better position than what this will give you.Do I think it can be beneficial? Yes. But.... maybe only 10 minutes a day just to try to get used to that position. But again, 2 of my doctors were highly against products like these (not just specific brand/product).

Slouch No More!
Purchased for my granddaughter who likes to slouch when sitting. It really improved her posture. It is sturdy, love the design. It has stretch ability and not too tight on her that it will cause her shoulder or neck pain. It was worth the buy. The Velcro is durable. After several washes it is still in place.

Comfortable & works
I was looking for a quick fix to start correcting my posture. I'm an artist & work hunched over most of the time. This thing is very reasonably priced & I liked that most of the reviews were by women. I am 5'4", 133 lbs and the S/M fits really well and is adjustable. It is not an aggressive 'fix', but a gentle reminder and pulls my shoulders back naturally. I will only wear it for 15-30 mins at a time to start. I have just purchased a second one to use in my studio. One for home, one for work.

Compared 2 types of posture correctors
Summary: I’ve tried both (see below) and while neither completely relieved my upper back/shoulder pain they both did immediately help correct my posture. My preference is the simple brace for a few reasons. For me I have immediate posture correction even with a fairly loose setting. One reason I thought the chest band might be needed is that I thought with the simple brace that the shoulder band might pop off your shoulder if you move around too much. This hasn’t happened and the shoulder bands feel secure and I don’t worry about them slipping off my shoulder. I thought the extra chest band might make the overall brace more comfortable and provide additional support – distributing pressure, but so far I have absolutely no problem with just the simple brace. And finally, I prefer the simple brace because there is less material contacting your body – so less to make you feel constricted, less to make you feel hot and sweaty in warm weather. I think that continuing to do doctor recommended exercises and stretches is my best bet and these braces are good for correcting posture – as described but not everything that I had hoped for.I couldn’t decide which type would be best so I purchased 1 of each type. I very often get upper back pain/tightness between my shoulder blades. The type of pain that you try to relieve by pushing your shoulder blades back – like you are trying to get them to touch. But I always forget to stand or sit like this and end up with that upper back/neck pain. For me the most common situation where I get this pain (often within just a few minutes) is standing at a sink where I have to slightly bend forward to reach and wash items. I also tend to slouch or hunch my shoulders forward standing and sitting. I use both of these types of braces over a T-shirt to prevent and/or provide additional protection from chaffing (especially in armpits) that many complain of with any of these braces. Also it keeps them clean and they won’t get sweaty in warm weather. Here are the 2 I purchased:1)Simple bracehttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTHHLGCF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareThis one is very simple. Simple packaging (comes in a vacuum sealed bag) and no instructions. In fact I wasn’t positive which side is the outward facing surface except that I wanted all of the seam edges outward facing so they don’t rub your skin. It was easy to put on and tighten. As soon as I put this on, even with a rather loose setting I noticed immediate posture correction. Just that slight tension has you standing straighter with your shoulders back versus hunched or slouched over. Felt perfectly comfortable. I didn’t need to tighten the bands very much at all as just wearing the brace provided enough support and/or reminder to keep my shoulders back.2)Has extra chest straphttps://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYMMVKZF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareThis one has the extra chest band. Came in an attractive boxed packaging with an easy to understand instruction pamphlet with descriptions and pictures. But once you unpack and start using you will likely never need to refer to instructions nor need the box again. Velcro seems much stronger than the brace #1 and the brace seems well made. It was easy to put on and use the velcro bands for chest and shoulder adjustment. Comfortable and I think that some will find the extra chest strap provides additional support.
