I start out with the 30mg and suggest you do too. This is strong stuff but amazing! No longer able to get the medicine that was prescribed for over 10 years but, the first night without it and one of these, absolute heaven!

Started taking these about a month ago and I do feel a sense of calm and a little bit of the edge taken off. Turned my mom onto them too. I've never eaten saffron before so completely new experience.

Hope this is a high quality Saffron, but difficult to tell if it's helping eyes.

The saffron pills are easy to swallow and do not "repeat" on you as some other brands will.
