These saved my hands! I used them for pressure points and trigger points.

My dog ate these almost immediately but they seemed to work pretty well before that.

I have weak fingers and when family need a massage I cut them short. But this helps immensely and gives them a better massage. Great idea!

I used the pale blue one just last weekend. I'm not a real body worker, just a hobbyist and do massages for my loved ones and good friends. I used the pale blue one on a large framed friend who was having muscle spasms. It worked really well and his back relaxed after about 10 minutes of running the tool over him and working his muscles.

My clients like the pressure these provide. I like theb relief on my thumbs. I use it a lot for foot massage

So I got these to make giving my BF a massage easier on me and better for him. The latter is true, the former... Not so much. The hard plastic is uncomfortable, and the pressure needed hurts! The "thumb saver" tools hurt more than just using my thumbs. Honestly not sure what the pressure point one is supposed to be good for. It just slips around over the muscle when you try to use it anyway. Only thing that saves this is the 4 point one. Not to hard to use (though a little awkward) and seems to really work for him.
