Great water filter
The water from this always tastes as if I dipped a glass in spring

Replacement filter was NOT included in the package that was delivered.
I ordered the PiMag waterfall filtering system and an additional replacement filter before prices change. I was charged for the additional filter, but it was NOT in the package. I am entitled to receive the additional filter.
